St. Monica Gardens, a community under Catholic Housing Management, participates in HUD’s project-based rental assistance program for low-income families. The $6.72M award is part of HUD’s GRRP which helps finance extensive energy efficiency and climate resilience renovations with grants and loans.

Catholic Housing Management submitted 6 applications for funding and 3 of the 6 were awarded and were the ONLY communities granted in the state of Florida.
